Vinification: Red grapes are blanched after one night, the rest of the grapes as they are harvested are left whole in the rosé mass in fementation, leaving them to macerate for 2 months.

A rosé made from red grapes (N. di Scarzello) and white grapes (all the white grape varieties of Tenuta l'Armonia), using a special technique particularly dear to Andrea Pendin: leaving whole white grapes in infusion and long maceration in rosé masses.

A rosé waiting to be discovered, as always with LAB we go beyond pre-packaged tastes and flavours, exploring new sensations on the taste buds. For us it is excellent: fruity and mineral soul with the addition of all the structure given by the infusion and a captivating balsamic finish.
