A wine inspired by the eponymous Sassolino Beach, the small stone beach that borders our vineyards and, in the summer, welcomes local residents seeking peace and refreshment. Sassolino Beach is an organic sparkling rosé wine, naturally refermented in the bottle, undisgorged and unfiltered. It is hand-harvested, pressed and processed from just the must flower of Pinot Noir and other white grapes processed together.

Terén

Terén is a farm founded in 1993, located in Vistorta di Sacile, in an area rich in history and viticultural tradition, to the north Mount Cavallo marking the beginning of the pre-Alps, to the south the loops of the Livenza River and its tributary Meschio.

The farm has been certified organic since 2021, with 12 hectares of vineyards and 16 hectares of seminative land and fruit orchards with native varieties. To act even deeper into the fortifying balance of the soil, biodynamic farming methods are also applied.
