Because with this wine we want to reintroduce with new dignity, the fruit of a grape variety that is disappearing (about 25000 bott worldwide!). The grape variety is Q. a very productive grape that needs a lot of care in the field.
The wine is a rosé, despite the red winemaking "this is the most color we have been able to extract."
After the first fermentation it is bottled in the spring with frozen must for refermentation. Out comes a delicate and unprecedented wine (they are the only ones to offer it dry and sparkling). Of extreme pleasantness, with a flavorful and liberating sip.
A great little wine, the result of work set with great skill and humility: "we still have to understand what the plant gives us in the field and what the grapes give us in the cellar. We are learning!"

Braccia Rese
“Braccia Rese” is the project of 3 guys: Elia, Livio and Giovanni. The name is really meant to tell their story, who with distant life paths choose to give their arms back to agriculture, to be able to live close to the hills back home and tell the story of the territory outside the local borders.
