A great classic for a bottle that never gets old! In the glass, it shows an intense yellow, clouded by natural yeasts.

On the nose, it is an aromatic explosion: notes of yellow peach, apricot, orange blossom, and a touch of aromatic herbs like sage. On the palate, the 2024 vintage impresses with its absolute dryness and textured body. The carbonation is creamy and non-intrusive, while the finish is long, almondy, and extraordinarily refreshing thanks to a vibrant acidity.

It is a "peasant" wine in the noblest sense of the term: straightforward, highly fragrant, and gifted with a disarming drinkability. It is the perfect companion for local cuisine and sensational with traditional cured meats.
