Again an excellent sparkling wine from the house of Keltis, a blend from the traditional blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, in the mouth it moves sinuously with excellent freshness and pleasantness.

Fine bubble, as soon as it opens it strikes the intensity of the aromas especially of flowers and red fruit, in the mouth the notes are reminiscent of wild strawberries and the delicate acidity recalls rennet apple. The sip closes very dry, a particularly fatty pairing is recommended to appreciate its ability to cleanse the mouth and invite the next sip.

Keltis

Keltis is the agricultural project of the Kelhar family, which has been working these lands for more than two centuries. We are in the small village of Bizeljsko in lower Styria, in the southeastern part of Slovenia very close to the border with Croatia. The Kelhar farm has always had a polycultural vocation with the raising of cows, fruit trees, vegetable garden and since the late 1980s with a renewed push into viticulture with the first bottled Keltis wines in 1989.

Today the winery is run by Marijan, who together with his wife Ana manages the 22 hectares of the estate, with 5 hectares of vines and 12 hectares of forest from which they get the wood for the barrels in the cellar.
