Elegant and fast Cremànt, a delight of freshness, simplicity and effectiveness.

A delicious sip and a nice long finish, complete with the Alsatian blend of Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris.

A wine for aperitifs of course, with charcuterie, foie gras, smoked fish, but also and above all to be uncorked when you feel like partying!

No addition of SO2 at any stage of vinification.

Christian Lindenlaub

Winemaker Christophe Lindenlaub is a real farmer! The last in a long line of Alsatian farmers. The first document attesting to the presence of the Lindenlaubs in the large farming village of Dorlisheim on the lower Rhine dates back to 1759. We are about 20 km south-west of Strasbourg. Always a wine-growing area, the most traditional Alsace grapes are cultivated here in an organic way, the culmination of a journey that started long ago.

In the 1970s, Christophe's father Jacques decided to start bottling the family wines. At the time, cattle were raised on the farm and wine was considered little more than marginal; it was only in 1986 that Jacques decided to devote himself solely to winemaking. Christophe arrived at the winery in 1999 to work alongside his father and with him came new ideas and a desire to experiment. In 2009, they concluded that organic was the only way forward, making the change official with certification in 2012.
