Allergens: contiene solfitiChardonnay from the Gussago area in the easternmost part of the Franciacorta appellation. Here the soils are unique compared to the rest of Franciacorta because the moraine soils give way to the calcareous conformation of these hilly terrains.
The grapes were harvested at the end of August 2022 when well ripe and come from two separate plots: one on the Santissima hill, the other in the locality of Navezze.
Maturation on the lees for 18 months and degorgement in March 2024 without the addition of dosage or liqueur but with filling of the same wine.
Franciacorta of great character, straight and expressive with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of white fruit and citrus fruits prevail, in the mouth it is ample and of good consistency. The character is given both by the old vines and the production philosophy: each parcel has its own harvest according to its characteristics and ripeness.

The Dream Evolves
I cultivate 4.5 hectares in the municipality of Gussago, in Franciacorta, divided into 7 plots with deeply diverse exposures and soils. I produce artisanal wines, working the vineyards entirely by hand: these are "steep-slope" rows, where hard labor blends with the preservation of the territory's beauty. I firmly believe in a slower pace of life, one capable of restoring value to time, to nature, and to the sense of community.
Roots and the New Path
The project was born from the meeting of two friends, Stefano Corti and Laura Cugini. Stefano was the founder and the visionary soul, the one who—with a touch of madness—began tending to a small, impervious vineyard beneath the Sanctuary of the Stella, transforming a "post-work" hobby into a mission.
Today, that dream started together continues under Laura’s guidance.
After earning a degree in Oenology and traveling extensively through the world's cellars—from New Zealand to Australia and Croatia—the call of her native land and memories of a childhood spent in the mountains brought Laura back home.
