Bruno Ciofi vinifies Chenins from different terroirs in the communes of Argentay with predominantly schist and Rochefort sur Loire above a sea of tuff. The vines are about 40 years old and are therefore in full maturity. The musts ferment spontaneously thanks to indigenous yeasts in steel vats, after which an aging of a few months “sur lies” follows.

Ze chenin is a true gourmet wine, fresh and pure, with a fascinating bouquet of citrus and white flowers complemented by ripe notes of golden apples, with a taut, crisp mouthfeel. A confidential wine that combines a great concentration of flavor with a crisp, refreshing character that leads to a vibrant finish. Tooooo good!
