Trebbiano di Soave, also known as Turbiana or Trebbiano Veronese, has very ancient origins deeply linked to the territory. Although genetically belonging to the Trebbiano family, that is, so-called “neutral” vines, it nevertheless has characteristics of uniqueness, thanks to its freshness and aromas.

In particular, this glass expresses itself on two tracks: that of freshness, with a straight and taut character, thanks also to a soil particularly rich in limestone, side by side with a softer and more concentrated soul. On the palate, then, the attack is fresh and savory with notes of herbs, citrus and rock, flanked by warmer notes of pastry, ripe fruit, light oxidative notes and a bright and broad minerality to bind it all together.

We liked it quite a bit, especially for its structure that although important remains dynamic and engaging.
