Kypra is the estate's most representative wine; it is a blend of several vineyards planted between '70 and '82 for an extension of 7 hectares and is obviously 100% Verdicchio. A wine that fully expresses the terroir of S.Michele, coming from vineyards at different altitudes, exposures, soil conformations.

We could call it a synthesis of San Michele's Verdicchio.

The territory is a long and narrow strip, an anticline parallel to the course of the Apennines, where the conformation of the soil is of sulfur and limestone matrix. In such a particular territory each vineyard has a different peculiarity and gives its particular marker to the wine. That is why in the winery it was decided to vinify each vineyard separately, to understand what each one brings to the final result.

Kypra is a very good wine, a simple tool to fully understand and appreciate this territory.
