A field blend of Malvasia, Trebbiano and Vermentino, harvested together and co-fermented with a short fermentation of just two days on the skins.

Felce Bianco is a way of making wine that has its roots in the not-so-distant past, when on farms, wine was a complementary product and so partly out of necessity, partly due to lack of time, the grapes were harvested all together, seeking a compromise between the ripeness of the different varieties.

The result is a straightforward tasting, a fresh and richly flavored wine with a smooth drinkability is a great everyday wine that manages to excite with simplicity!
