The secret is in the method, which simply involves total care for the winemaking process, the musts are checked "on sight" and each one in the end, manages to express its potential to the fullest: if with "Orga(ni)sme Culturel" we experience the more Pop and rustic side of Pinot Noir, with Cien Culotte vintage '23, we taste a full and taut Chardonnay, almost classic for this area of Burgundy, where a certain harmony of taste is preferred, compared to the finesse and depth of others.
