The grapes are selected in the field and sent to a classic Burgundian vinification with fermentation and aging in barriques, where in wine remains in contact with its fine lees for at least 18 months.
Rich, complex and textural chardonnay. With aromas of ripe white fruit, small pastries and toasty notes. Intense, creamy and enveloping on the palate, but its freshness and elegance make it easy and never tiring to sip.

Domaine Robert Denogent
Il domaine nasce nel 1990 a Fuissé nel Maconnais, Borgogna del sud, quando Jean Jaques Robert dopo la laurea in giurisprudenza decide di prendere 5 ettari in AOC Pouilly Fuissé.
L'obbiettivo da subito è stato quello di preservare vecchie vigne su grandi terroir vocati del Maconnais e fare vini eleganti e "onesti" che potessero raccontare in modo inequivocabile l'anima dei luoghi di appartenenza.
