Wine Box "Total White"
"Total White"
BOOOM! Lovers of white wines we have the ultimate Wine Box!
"Total White" is a special box that we will always keep in our selection, varying the wines on a monthly basis. White wines from direct pressing, without maceration. A selection of our best performers of the type.
Fermenting the must without contact with the skins is not an easy thing, obtaining absolute expressions like the 6 bottles in this wine box is even less so. The prerequisites necessary to do a great job are many, let's try to name a few: the grapes must arrive at the winery in perfect sanitary conditions, the must without the skins is less protected, moreover, fermentation starts with less yeasts, which as we know for the most part are found on the skins as well as in the cellar environment; the cellar precisely, elegant whites need a healthy fermentation environment, where only yeasts useful for fermentation are present. Then again the great hand of the winemaker who must manage the countryside and especially the harvest with the utmost care. And finally the terroir, not all terroirs are suitable for the production of whites without skin contact!
Here you have 6 beautiful bottles, deep wines with great personality, made by expert hands. Wines linked by the lowest common denominator of elegance, coming from the most disparate terroirs, but that will surely excite you like never before.
