"Valchyara"
The Valchyara farm was established in 2017 with the aim of recovering the historic Erbaluce and Nebbiolo vineyards, which have been present since the late 1800s on the steep terraces delimited by dry stone walls, in Valchiusella within the Ivrea morainic amphitheater.
2.3 hectares are farmed biodynamically, where the present varieties, in addition to the aforementioned Erbaluce and Nebbiolo, include the indigenous Croatina, Freisa, and a small quantity of Riesling.
These are mountain wines, where finesse and acidity marry in a perfect union! Try them all at a super price!

Valchyara
