Christophe Lefèvre's Champagne Cuvée de Réserve is made from 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir.

The vineyards are in the village of Mont Bonneil, located in the Vallé de la Marne wine region in eastern Champagne.

Long bottle aging in contact with yeast creates a wine of great character, with a fine, creamy bubble.

In the glass it has a light straw color, in the mouth the delicate bubbles smooth out a decisive freshness giving good smoothness. Aroma of yellow apple, marzipan and almonds. The palate has a creamy, rich texture with flavors of grapefruit, pear, walnuts and pastry, all beautifully balanced with fresh acidity and a delicate finish.
