Questo vino è una bestemmia!

Fare un vino macerato da Falanghina è una bestemmia! O almeno così pensa più di qualcuno. Noi invece abbiamo trovato Iastemma di Canlibero un vino stupendo sia nel sapore quanto nella tessitura.

La lunga macerazione sulle bucce e l'affinamento hanno restituito un vino dal tannino educato, sorretto da una splendida acidità. Il gusto è pieno e ricco con sentori freschi e variegati che arricchiscono il naso e soprattutto la bocca di note fruttate e floreali: Albicocca, datteri, arancia candita e nespole.

Un vino profondo e veramente gustoso.
