Excitement at the liquid stage, Cascina Barbàn's Pian del te 2020, from T. grapes has a beautiful golden color. We were lucky enough to taste it several times. This 2022 is a snappy wine with vivid tannins. Aromas of apple, bread and almond chase each other in the mouth, all linked by a light smoky note

Cascina Barbàn è un tentativo, un collettivo. Un progetto contadino di due famiglie. Una borgata in pietra del 1700 abbandonata da mezzo secolo, posta in un pianoro in Alta Val Borbera, riparata dai venti del nord e fortemente esposta al sole.
