Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in contact with skins without temperature control. At the end of alcoholic fermentation vats are filled and closed and the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3-4 months-

Aging: In oak barrels of 25/35 hl for about 40 months. Unfiltered. Unclarified. No so2 added during the process.

A rare and precious wine, the name of the grape variety reads backwards. Like all Radikon wines, a sip of great personality. Slow maceration on the skins and very long aging in large Slavonian oak barrels.

In the mouth it is powerful and rich, with a voluminous texture. The sip is intense and persistent, making it almost a meditation wine. But the fresh, almost glazed notes turn it into a darting, living wine. Lively tannin melds with notes of dehydrated yellow fruit, scents of vanilla and honey.

A wine that knows no time, beyond fashion, one of the most important ambassadors of Collio Friulano.
