Grape variety: Ribolla Gialla

Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in contact with skins without temperature control. At the end of alcoholic fermentation vats are filled and closed and the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3-4 months-

Aging: In oak barrels of 25/35 hl for about 40 months. Unfiltered. Unclarified. No so2 added during the process.

Serving temperature: 15° C

Radikon's signature wine, demonstrating the full potential of Ribolla in Collio.

A wine with long maceration and aging in traditional Slavonian oak barrels. In the glass it surprises already from the color with a bright note of bright orange. In the mouth hints of ripe yellow fruit, spices and dried fruit. A complex and textural sip of great expressiveness. A fresh undercurrent denoting excellent acidity and a savory finish that shows great evolutionary potential.

Every year it is a challenge to grab a few bottles, but it is always worth it.
