Trebbiano macerated in a limited edition, like all the wines of Paolo, who produces bottles with a frank and sunny spirit.

A new label from the small winery in Lucca, which offers this Trebbiano vinified in the purest respect for tradition, that is, in maceration on skins, but with an unsettling taste. No tannic exasperation, just a light note of tea to remind us of the presence of tannin, then fruity notes of apricot and a pleasant spectrum of floral aromas. Firm and fresh on the palate with a Mediterranean note on the finish.

Al Podere di Rosa

Al Podere di Rosa si trova a Lucca nella zona collinare di Sant'Alessio. Oggi l'azienda è gestita da Paolo Giuli insieme alla moglie Caterina. Da sempre aderenti ai dettami dell'agricoltura biodinamica, viene coltivata uva da vino, ortaggi tra cui vari presidi territoriali e cereali, oltre ad una parte lasciata a bosco per una realtà agricola a tutto tondo. Solo 3 vini prodotti con grande cura ed amore, vini dai sapori antichi e delicati, per una produzione totale che si aggira sempre intorno alle 4000/5000 bottiglie in base all'annata.
