Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, without temperature control. Maceration on the skins for 2 days
Aging: in old cask and in steel vats

Allergens: contiene solfitiFruit of a blend of Vermentino and Trebbiano Toscano in virtually equal amounts.
The Vermentino undergoes a short maceration of only 2 days, while the Trebbiano is pressed directly. After fermentation the wine is aged for 8 months half in steel and half in spent oak tonneaux.
The 2020 expresses a with great perfume especially chamomile and citrus hints, in the mouth the wine shows its structure but all in the service of a drinkability that does not tire at all, but rather is revived by a good freshness.

Al Podere di Rosa
Al Podere di Rosa si trova a Lucca nella zona collinare di Sant'Alessio. Oggi l'azienda è gestita da Paolo Giuli insieme alla moglie Caterina.
Da sempre aderenti ai dettami dell'agricoltura biodinamica, viene coltivata uva da vino, ortaggi tra cui vari presidi territoriali e cereali, oltre ad una parte lasciata a bosco per una realtà agricola a tutto tondo.
Solo 3 vini prodotti con grande cura ed amore, vini dai sapori antichi e delicati, per una produzione totale che si aggira sempre intorno alle 4000/5000 bottiglie in base all'annata.
