This excellent orange wine is the result of a collaboration between winemaker Uroš Rojac and his friend, restaurateur Boris Novak of Domačija Novak.
A wine of great personality with a nose that ranges between balsamic tensions, citrus peel, fresh mineral sensations and sultanas. Never decomposed on the palate, savoury, with round and long tannins. A fine bottle to drink in company.

Vina Rojac
The small Rojac farm produces exclusively organically farmed wines from traditional indigenous varieties especially Refoška and Malvasia. We are located in Gazon in northern Istria, a terroir characterized by the presence of the sea and the fresh Balkan currents, with stony soils with limestone subsoil.
Work on the farm is characterized by great care and precision in the vineyard, where grapes of the highest quality are born. In the winery, efforts are made to accompany the musts toward their transformation into wine with minimal intervention, constantly monitoring evolution, minimizing intervention in the most natural way possible.
The wines of Uros are territorial, very interesting and tell of a magical place. They are characterized by great finesse and drinkability. An excellent discovery for Rollingwine.
