An intense and complex white wine from 100% Minutolo grapes from an 85-year-old vineyard! This viticultural archaeology becomes a key ally for the winemaker: these are plants full of memory, which have now reached an incredible vegetative balance and are therefore able to face even the most difficult vintages. The yield is obviously very low, but the fruits are of the highest quality and manage to transmit every aromatic nuance into the glass.

On the palate, it's an explosion of fruit; even the intense yellow color speaks of fresh apricot and peach. There are hints of mint and Mediterranean scrub. The mouthfeel is fleshy, pulpy, but extremely fresh. A mineral density on the finish lengthens the sip, making it profound.
