Grès is a white wine made from pure Verdeca grapes, vinified and aged in amphorae with a long maceration on the skins. Only 200 bottles produced! Approximately 10 degrees, a very easy-drinking wine with great freshness, proving that long fermentations can also work “in subtraction” in the construction of the wine's taste profile. A great aroma given by the grape variety, for another small masterpiece signed by Vittorio.
