Amphiteatro Orange is a Toscana Bianco IGT crafted from Trebbiano grapes. The vineyards sit on Pliocene sediments rich in clay, tuff, and marine fossils. Vinification takes place in stainless steel without temperature control, featuring a 25-day skin maceration. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation occurs in an oxidative environment, followed by natural malolactic fermentation in barriques (1/3 new, 2/3 second and third fill). The wine aged on its lees until bottling in April 2025. The result is a structured wine with pleasant oxidative notes, a balanced tannic texture, and a long finish.

Belvedere 1

Belvedere 1 is the story of an evolution, a breath of fresh air blowing through the vineyards of Castellina in Chianti. In a region where a sometimes stiff tradition often reigns, this project (along with many others, fortunately) emerges with a clear, uncompromising vision: bringing Sangiovese back to its most vibrant and communicative essence.

The approach is that of someone who deeply respects the Gallo Nero terroir but chooses to interpret it with a contemporary sensitivity, focusing entirely on clean viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar. It is the young face of a historical denomination, capable of blending the solidity of Tuscan roots with a decidedly rock-and-roll energy.
