Love Saves is a wine that perfectly embodies the mission of the SETE team: rescuing old, abandoned vineyards and giving a voice back to the Monti Lepini territory. The name, inspired by David Mancuso’s legendary party slogan, suggests exactly what you will find in the bottle: love for the land, pure energy, and an electric drinkability that "saves" every occasion.

A chameleonic wine that stands at the opposite end of the classic spectrum: a dynamic blend of white and red grapes (such as Ottonese, Trebbiano, Malvasia, and a touch of Cesanese or Sangiovese, depending on the vintage) vinified with an approach of total subtraction. No chemicals in the vineyard, spontaneous fermentation, no filtration and, above all, zero added sulfites. The result is a vibrant juice with a color that dances between orange and deep rosé, characterized by notes of small red fruits, Mediterranean citrus, and that signature mineral, saline vein that echoes the limestone soils of the region.

Nasce nel 2013 con l’obiettivo di realizzare vini di territorio e placare la sete di cambiamento di chi crede nella possibilità di una rinascita dell’essere umano tramite il ritrovamento di un equilibrio vitale nel rapporto con la natura e nelle relazioni e gli scambi tra le diverse comunità locali.
