Another perfect "merenda" wine (snack wine) crafted by the guys at the Sete project.

Produced primarily with Moscato grapes, though depending on the vintage, it may be co-fermented with other white grape varieties. It undergoes the classic bottle re-fermentation on its lees (col fondo), resulting in a wine that is captivating from the very first sip.

Upon tasting, as the name suggests, it is an explosion of aromas. White flowers such as orange blossom and acacia prevail, alongside fruity notes of fresh grapes, peach, and citrus. On the palate, it is dry, very slender, and incredibly drinkable. The bubbles are lively but not aggressive, featuring a sharp acidity that cleanses the palate.

No added sulfites.
