Brilliant amber in color, characterized by a complex sip with good persistence, where notes of exotic fruit and good freshness are balanced in a spicy finish. A wine that is the bomb.
The SAM-ILLON label is also meant to be a message to convey. It is dedicated to Caramo a young man who has been in the Fra i Monti family for some time now. "There is a SAM on almost every farm, respecting his work, making him a protagonist of the farm and an integral part of the family is our duty. Healthy agriculture will never exist without the social aspect. Our SAM is Caramo, and in thanking him for all he does, we want to make one message clear, the one on the hat: FUCK YOU CAPORALATO."

Fra i Monti è il progetto che vede la realizzazione dei sogni di Rocco Toti e Benedetto Leone due giovani appassionati di vino, che nel 2018 decidono di recuperare alcuni vecchi vigneti situati a Terelle a circa 1000 metri di altitudine, nella Valle di Comino tra i monti della ciociaria.
