From Carignan grapes (from old vines over 100 years old) and Syrah this wine is the result of separate vinifications: whole bunch and classic maceration for 90 days. In the glass you find the typical Carignan meatiness balanced by lots of freshness and beautiful violet notes.

La Sorga nasce nel 2008 con l'idea di selezionare, comprare e vinificare uve provenienti da aree differenti del Sud della Francia. Tutte provenienti da vigne gestite in regime biologico o biodinamico, avendo cura di rispettare ed esprimere ogni terroir con l’utilizzo di vitigni autoctoni, vigne vecchie e vinificazioni poco invasive. Antony ha un gran manico e un gran palato, ragione per cui i suoi vini, sono sempre un'esperienza imperdibile!
