Syrah, Grenache and Aramon in a blend from the Aoc St Chinian but elaborated in Vin de France in Antony's own way: without constraints from specifications, following the evolution of spontaneous fermentation and his own instincts. This very aspect led him to propose a wine resulting from a blend of press juice, whole cluster and manual destemming with even a 90-day maceration in stainless steel followed by a brief “aging” in the same containers and an additional year in the bottle.

Mouth textural and juicy; violet and blueberry in evidence. A wine that is an explosion of sensations, gustatory and aromatic. The tone, however, is austere at times. A wine again unique and perhaps unrepeatable!

La Sorga

La Sorga nasce nel 2008 con l'idea di selezionare, comprare e vinificare uve provenienti da aree differenti del Sud della Francia. Tutte provenienti da vigne gestite in regime biologico o biodinamico, avendo cura di rispettare ed esprimere ogni terroir con l’utilizzo di vitigni autoctoni, vigne vecchie e vinificazioni poco invasive. Antony ha un gran manico e un gran palato, ragione per cui i suoi vini, sono sempre un'esperienza imperdibile!
