Onda is made from 100% Syrah grapes, an unusual variety for the island of Pantelleria. A new label, this is the third vintage, produced in only 600 bottles.

This unique wine is characterized by ripe dark fruit, smoky hints, aromatic herbs and a bright acidity, as well as a spicy and silky character.

Like all of Gabrio and Giotto Bini's wines, it is aged in amphorae buried in the vineyard, with no sulfur added.
