Red wine made from Aglianico grapes undergoing whole cluster fermentation in carbonic maceration. After 8 days the wine is racked and the skins pressed with the stems. All is aged on fine lees for 5 months in steel followed by further aging in bottle for 4 months.

Powerful fresh and easygoing wine. The fruity side of the Aglianico takes over, but its DNA is expressed with crisp tannins and a gangly structure. Very appealing table wine. Try it with a hearty spaghetti all'amatriciana.
