Viola is a red wine made from a super-terroir blend of indigenous grape varieties: B.N. and N. di T. Produced in only 700 bottles!

The grapes come from a vineyard in Castel del Monte, a luxuriant hilly area 80 km north of Bari, where the typical wine of the area is composed mainly of Nero di Troia, which gives elegance, tannicity and spice, and a minimal part of Bombino Nero, which expresses itself with finesse and good acidity.

Vittorio following his idea of wine, has produced a wine that is "tighter" and lighter than the previous vintage, deeply Mediterranean, a delight for the taste buds and the soul!
