Vinification: The grapes were crushed by feet with the stem. The fermentation started with indigenous yeasts and bacteria. Macerated for 5 days.

Aging: 18 months in the oak tonneaux and fiberglass tank

ANITYA 2021, which means "impermanent" in Sanskrit, is a red wine born from the unique idea of a farmer in the Trebbia Valley who planted PN, PG and M in a small vineyard of native B and B grapes in the 1990s.

"When I leased this vineyard, I asked myself, WHAT SHOULD I DO? Graft local grapes onto these French varieties? Or better to make a single-varietal wine from each? Sell all the non-local grapes to someone? In the end I decided that I should try winemaking everything together, to understand the idea behind it." Shun Minowa

The result is surprising for a wine that is truly "Sui generis," the atypical blend turned out to be a great combination of flavors, an interplay of textures and textures that create an intense and enjoyable experience in the mouth.
