Sylvain's talent shines through every time we taste one of his new cuvées, it is always a surprise! Gamay vines are grown here on limestone and basalt soils. Spontaneous fermentation, zero added sulfur, no filtration: simplicity is the winning card.

Crisp, luscious and ravenous sip, in the mouth it is a festival of pleasure.
