"Fruit Jazz" is composed of 60 percent Grenache Noir and 40 percent Syrah, sourced from the volcanic soils of the southern Ardèche. i Both vinified whole cluster, the Grenache was harvested first and fermented for 7 days, the Syrah was harvested shortly after and fermented for 10 days, then the two masses are joined together at the end of fermentation.

The result is a light and elegant wine with all the typical character one expects from Sylvain wines. Wonderful when chilled.

" Non voglio fare vini "nuovi", lascio che l'inverno lavori con i suoi freddi, in cantina ci vuole pazienza e le bottiglie escono solo quando il vino è pronto, senza fretta."
