A surprising Syrah. Light, a velvety touch of tannin on the palate, red fruit aromas. A single plot of old vines. Limestone clay on a plateau in the Saint-Chinian appellation area . Whole-cluster maceration for 3 weeks with Cinsault lees, soft, slow pressing so as not to extract too much matter from the stalks and aging for 6 months in barrique.
