Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation by the only indigenous yeasts. Short maceration on the skins. During fermentation nosiola´s skins are added, in order to fix the colour thanks to the action of the tannins contained in grape seeds.

Eugenio's little masterpiece. A unique wine made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Marzemino. After fermentation with a short maceration on the skins, the wine is kept in infusion with Nosiola and Pinot Bianco pomace (used for the production of Anisos), this step is useful to make the wine "softer" and livelier and to fix and stabilize the color, which takes on milder tones, truly captivating.

A wine that gives dignity to the whole category of rosé wines, which is too often underestimated, thanks to a full-bodied but flowing drink, depth of mouthfeel and very thirst-quenching fresh fruit notes.
