Vinification: Simultaneous harvesting of all vines. Destemming. Maceration for 24 hours and soft pressing. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Bottling with residual sugar. In spring with the first warm weather naturally referments in the bottle. Undisgorged. Without added sulfites.

Aging: in bottle for 4 months

Serving temperature: 8-10° C

Produced in only 2,500 bottles. Pinot Noir and Muscat a petit grains.

A classic Petillant Naturel, that is, bottled with still residual sugar from the first fermentation. The oldest way sparkling wines were made.

It sips with incredible energy. Passion fruit and ripe strawberries on the nose, to which hints of orange peel are added. Juicy and fruity on the palate, the exotic note and citrusy grapefruit flavors return, tangy acidity that makes you salivate profusely and beckons you to drink, slight tannins.

Beck Hartweg

Beck-Hartweg. Sixteen generations of winemakers-a vigneron's story that began in 1525. Located in Dambach-La-Ville, in the heart of Alsace, the winery is run by Florian, born in 1987, and his partner Mathilde, who with the help of Yvette and Michelle, the young vigneron's parents, continue the winemaking tradition.

The style of the wines is delicate and absolutely recognizable with a straight and fine acidity, but with a crystalline, chiseled, saline taste of great authenticity and purity!
