The Saccomani crew really knows their stuff, especially since this semi-aromatic grape is anything but easy to handle. The grapes come from vines over 30 years old, planted on clay soil with rocky sand, at an altitude of 250-300 meters.

Thanks to a delicate process, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and a long rest on the lees, you get a wine with great structure and body. The result? A straightforward, crisp, and direct sparkling white with an aroma that will win you over instantly.
