The curious name refers to the 3 varieties of Trebbiano used for this wine: "Modenese", "Romagnolo" and "di Spagna". A fresh, mellow and moderately aromatic wine. Gives a different view of an area historically marked by the fermentation of red grapes.

Fruit, light tannin and good acidity for a creamy, out-of-the-box bubble.

Azienda Agricola Perseveranza

Just a stone's throw from Modena, Matteo Verri created his company "Perseveranza". After a life spent in the family machine shop, Matteo decided to give vent to his great passion for wine and grape growing. The first step is a small vineyard of about 800 square meters that is planted with old local white varieties with Bellussi system, a traditional training system.

While waiting for the plants to come into production, he begins a search for old vineyards in the area managed in a natural way, from which Matteo obtains the grapes for the first fermentations and experiments in the winery.

The research culminates in 2019 with the grafting of a historic vineyard located in the center of Sorbara, with plants touching a century old, beautiful and in perfect health.

From the beginning The winery production philosophy at Perseveranza is based on a few key principles that we can summarize as: indigenous yeasts, no temperature control, no clarification, no filtration, no addition of sulfur.
