100% Trebbiano Romagnolo, harvested slightly in advance after careful selection in the vineyard. The base wine remains in cement on its fine lees for at least 2 months, after which it is bottled with must from the same vintage to carry out re-fermentation in the bottle.

We recommend turning the bottle upside down several times before uncorking it, so as to put the yeasts back in suspension and have a more satisfying taste. Nimble and refreshing sip with prominent citrus notes, very interesting and creamy bubble. Savory finish with excellent acidity that dries the palate preparing it for the next sip.
