Aging: Aging for 2 months on natural yeasts. Decantation and refinement in concrete tanks to ensure natural clarification and structural evolution. Minimum bottle aging of 2 months before release.

A new entry in the Rollingwine selection: this 100% Famoso, a native grape variety from Romagna, comes from a hillside vineyard with a significant sandy component in the soil, which gives the wine a very interesting freshness and verticality.

On the palate, it opens with a balance of floral and mineral notes, with a progression that evokes loquats, white peaches, and jasmine, followed by a delicate hint of laurel leaves.

In the mouth, the body is linear and elegant, smooth and seamless. The finish is sharp and ready, yet never aggressive.
