Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation of must in 30-hectoliter used wooden vat, 11 days of contact on skins

Aging: about 6 months in steel tanks, bottled with the addition of must from dried grapes of the same vintage.

Golden yellow with distinct amber note and a "messy perlage" cit.
Refermented Garganega that retains its important, thick character. Dehydrated yellow fruit and broom flowers make for a wine as perfumed as it is consistent and broad in the mouth.

Dynamic sip underpinned by a respectable mineral trail, it is also a wine to accompany particularly complex meat dishes.
