Alessandra's precision and thoughtfulness are expressed in the wine in the form of lively acidity, a distinct depth and minerality. Soft, slow hand-pressing of the grapes with a manual wooden press leads to a light maceration. With only 1 g/L of residual sugar present in the bottle and a full 33 months on the lees, the wine is lively and full on the palate, with hints of brioche.

A well-integrated oxidative note is striking, in a well-structured wine with final notes that impress on aromas of rosemary and white flowers.
