Re-fermented from Trebbiano Toscano, a simple wine that tastes of home, of lunches with friends of conviviality and freshness.

Moderate alcohol and an aromatic buquet atypical for Trebbiano make it an indispensable wine of the table, perhaps as an aperitif or defatiguing break. The everyday bubbly, simple and lively.

Le Verzure

Le Verzure was born in the early 2000s thanks to Luigi and Antonella Villa, restaurateurs turned winemakers. With a family background in agriculture, they decided to embark on a journey that would take them back to their roots by purchasing Le Verzure. The winery is nestled among the rolling hills of Siena, a region shaped by viticulture developed by the Etruscans since 600 BC.

After buying the land, they transformed the large fields (once planted with alfalfa) into olive groves and beautiful Sangiovese vineyards, and a few years later, a new small vineyard with the area's white grapes-Malvasia and Trebbiano.
