Titillo is a 100% Verdicchio, the result of a blend from two different vineyards, one planted in 1967 and another more recent planted in 2017. The choice to combine the longer-lived grapes was made to give more depth to the wine with a very interesting result.

The plots are both located mid-hill at an elevation of about 250 meters above sea level. The soils are sedimentary from marine recession with sandy soils of calcareous marl matrix , hence the purely mineral character of the wine.

Yields are low on 45 quintals/ha to maintain good structure and concentration.

The wine has a quick drink with notes of ripe, crisp yellow fruit. In the mouth it is agile, firm, fresh, with great minerality and floral and dried fruit notes on the finish.

Colle Jano

Colle Jano was founded in 2016 as a family business dedicated to the cultivation of vines, olive trees, fruit and vegetables, aromatic herbs and the breeding of bees and low court animals.

7 hectares located near Cupramontana, in an area vocated for the cultivation of Verdicchio.

Giulia and Filippo 's goal is the recovery of historic vineyards in the area and the enhancement of ancient varieties of Verdicchio, through the use of conservation farming techniques.
