100% Vermentino grown on Monte Masignano, in the municipality of Arcola, from 50-year-old vines, 150 metres above sea level on soils rich in loose clay.

A wine that wants to respect tradition, a straightforward and agile Vermentino, without superstructures, made to be drunk with ease and full enjoyment. The short maceration gives notes of fresh fruit and a light, refined body.

Ilenia Spagnoli

Ilenia Spagnoli is a fourth-generation winemaker. Already her great-grandfather and grandfather cultivated and vinified grapes, selling the product in bulk. It was her father Andrea who definitively transformed the farm in Arcola in the province of La Spezia, starting to bottle Vermentino within the Colli di Luni Vermentino DOC denomination.

After studying oenology and viticulture at the University of Pisa, Ilenia - born in 1987 - returned to the winery with the aim of rediscovering her grandfather's and great-grandfather's natural winemaking techniques, in search of a natural balance with the environment to transfer all the expressive power of the territory into the bottle.
