Qui siamo sui colli di Controguerra, tra mare e montagna, dove la Famiglia Fiore produce da almeno 20 anni, vini dall'anima solare ed elegante, frutti di una terra da sempre rispettata. "La nostra storia inizia negli anni ’80. All’epoca il vino non faceva parte dei nostri pensieri, fummo una delle prime aziende in Italia a riproporre, dopo anni di abbandono, la coltivazione dei cereali antichi, primo tra tutti il Farro, ma anche la Saragolla, la Solina, abbracciando sin dagli albori un’agricoltura biologica, naturale e sostenibile."
